Admin Assistant reports to General Manager – Operations
- Preparing Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Order (DO).
- Arranging courier for Inspection Reports.
- Assist Operations department in Navarik submission.
- Maintaining database for job orders.
- Administrative functions such as data entry, scanning, photocopying and filing of documents.
- Other miscellaneous duties as and when assigned.
- Minimum ‘N’ level.
- Min 1 to 2 years of admin experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office application (Word & Excel).
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Attention to detail and discreet in handling business data.
- Candidates with immediate availability are preferred.
