The role of HR Business Partner is to operationally support the business and be a trusted partner on all HR and related items driving the Employee Experience.
The role will work closely with the Belgium Leadership Team on all HR-related items like but not limited to Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Training & Development, Leave of Absence, Success Planning, Payroll Process supporting the overall business objectives, and effectively managing all ER cases.
Our ideal candidate will have
– A background in HR with a maximum of 2 years experience, preferably working in an international and or fast-growing company.
– Experience working with both technical and non-technical employee groups and a good theoretical understanding of the challenges within each group working on Performance Reviews, Employee Relations, Compensation Review, HR and Legal Compliance and Employee Development/Growth/Succession Planning
– Experience working with payroll systems (preferably Acerta or ADP)
– Good command of English, verbal and written.
