AMSPEC EXPANDS ITS AGRICULTURAL INSPECTION AND TESTING FOOTPRINT INTO THE BOOMING GLOBAL FERTILIZER MARKET BY ACQUIRING INDUSTRY LEADING SERVICE PROVIDER MARINE TECHNICAL SURVEYORS INC. (“MTS”).
AmSpec, a Global Testing and Inspection provider, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Marine Technical Surveyors
(“MTS”), an industry leader in the global fertilizer testing and inspection market based in Donaldsonville, Louisiana.
Global food supply demands continue to increase with population growth, coupled with supply chain disruptions. Fertilizers are a key ingredient in the food & agricultural supply chain. Through years of perfecting its value proposition, MTS has developed systems that ensure its customers are well served in this crucial market.
MTS was established in 1993 to service some of the leading global fertilizer suppliers.
