CRANBURY, NJ. AmSpec announced today the commencement of their new Agriculture division, “AmSpec Agri”, headquarted in AmSpec’s Houston Technical Center with additional staff located in Beaumont and Galena Park, Texas.
“Our Agriculture division capabilities will include but not be limited to providing inspection, sampling and full laboratory testing of both dry and liquid commodities such as grain, wheat, corn, soybeans, vegetable oil, biodiesel feedstock, fertilizer and palm oil,” stated Matt Corr, AmSpec’s Chief Executive Officer.
“Our service will include testing for pesticides, metals, moisture, oil content and test weight,” added Mr. Corr. “It is our intention to expand quickly into other regions both domestically and internationally.”
