We are pleased to inform you that IGEB – France, as of October 1st 2018, is becoming a wholly owned member of the AmSpec group. The global network and customer focused business model of AmSpec will bring enhanced customer service to our inspection and testing capabilities in France.
AmSpec, an international independent inspection and testing company headquartered in Cranbury, NJ, USA has serviced the Petroleum, Chemical, Gas & Agriculture industries for over 30 years with state of the art facilities throughout the Continental United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, Australia and Central & South America.
The existing Management Team and staff will continue to manage and grow the business, supported and guided by AmSpec’s Global management team, enabling AmSpec France to continue providing quality services to all our valued customers.
The acquisition of IGEB will provide the support to enable AmSpec to connect services in other global locations that are doing business with France. Over time, this will be augmented with additional skills, capabilities and services available through the AmSpec Group.
