On May 31st, AmSpec announced the acquisition of CR Cox Pty Ltd., the largest independent marine surveying and inspection company in Australia.

Headquartered in Fremantle, Western Australia, CR Cox has over 60 years’ experience in providing services to the marine industry across Australia.

“This acquisition of CR Cox Pty Ltd. by AmSpec is another step forward in executing our business plan of becoming a full service provider in the testing, inspection and certification industry.
