AmSpec Italy proudly announces the completion of the first research internships through AmSpec Academy, an academic partnership with the Department of Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry at the University of Genoa.
The AmSpec Academy of Italy is a unique research and development program launched in 2020. This program, designed for graduate and undergraduate students pursuing degrees in science, provides opportunities to take part in:
- Bachelor’s Degree Internships
- Master’s Degree Thesis
- Industrial Doctorates
AmSpec Academy supports research and development of new analytical methodologies with the latest generation of instrumentation, providing our customers with the best possible technical support. Students who successfully complete the program are then given the opportunity to join one of the AmSpec laboratories in our global network.
As advocates of education, STEM in particular, and its importance in creating social opportunities and economic growth, AmSpec is thrilled to have successfully supported the following post-graduate internships:
- Characterization of biofuels through official methods and study of their degradation – Bachelor of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies, 2022
- Characterization and comparison of commercial and synthetic biodiesel samples through official methods – Bachelor of Science of Materials, 2023
