Marketing Representative
Job Summary
Act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that clients might face with
accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and enhance customer/company relationship to ensure increasing levels of work for
company.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Effectively manage incoming calls and communications from assigned customers
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and ensure they are understood by all employees involved in customer operations
• Be aware of upcoming operations involving assigned customers and ensure operations personnel are fully appraised of requirements and able to handle workload
• Take the lead in investigating assigned customer complaints in order to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Attend marketing and industry events as necessary
• Other similar related activities as assigned by supervisor
Skills/Qualifications
• High school degree required, some college preferred
• 5+ years in industry in this or related field
• Evidence of strong past relationships and success in customer relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong communication skills and active listening abilities
Working Conditions
Office environment, some travel required, ability to work independently, ability to work during non-traditional work hours

Ability to sit for extended periods of time
