Role Overview:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be a key link in our operational chain, ensuring that activities run seamlessly while upholding our commitment to safety and integrity. You will collaborate with terminal, transport, and company personnel to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety by understanding and adhering to AmSpec Services safety procedures.
  • Uphold the principles of ethics and integrity as outlined in the AmSpec Services Statement of Integrity.
  • Stay updated and compliant with the latest industry and client procedures and standards provided by AmSpec Services.
  • Complete all required reports and forms accurately to maintain operational records.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with terminal, transport, and company personnel to ensure smooth execution of assigned duties.
  • Act as the principal point of contact with clients, maintaining open communication and providing updates on operations.
  • Oversee and manage all operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Enforce company policy compliance among personnel under your supervision.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High regard for safety, ethics, and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas Inspection procedures and standards.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
  • Prior experience in Oil and Gas Inspection operations coordination or related roles is an advantage.
