IT Regional Coordinator
Role Description
The IT Regional Coordinator will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, system administration, and ensuring the security and performance of operating systems and networks for the LATAM Region. The role involves day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, proactive maintenance, and responding to technical incidents and requests.
Additionally, the position will:
- Manage additional projects and duties as required to support the growth of the IT department.
- Manage external support vendor and resources.
- Oversee the development of and validate business functional requirements.
- Project manage small/medium sized projects.
- Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimates.
- Identify and escalate issues as needed.
- Conduct meetings and prepare presentations to share ideas and findings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus
- Bilingual (Fluency in English and Spanish is must)
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues
- System Administration and managing Operating Systems
- Network Security and ensuring the protection of IT infrastructure. (Firewalls, VPN, Routers, VOIP, general cabling)
- Excellent knowledge of Windows OS, Android, Mac iOS, Microsoft Intune, Antivirus, MS Office 365 environment etc.
- Ability to travel within the region.
