Quality Analyst
Main Activities:
- Establish and monitor quality standards: Define metrics and criteria to evaluate quality, ensuring that services and processes comply with the standards established by ISO 17025 and GLP;
- Manage documents: Organize and maintain quality-related documentation, such as manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
- Conduct/organize/monitor internal (ISO 17025) and external (CGCRE/INMETRO) audits.
- Identify and resolve non-conformities: Detect deviations from quality standards and propose corrective actions to ensure compliance.
- Propose improvements: Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, products, and services, suggesting new technologies, methods, or processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Evaluate suppliers: Analyze supplier performance in relation to established quality standards, ensuring that the materials and services received meet the requirements.
- Train employees: Train employees on quality standards and procedures, promoting awareness and engagement with the quality culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Academic Background / Courses: Completed Higher Education or Technical Course.
- 2 years of experience in Quality Management focusing on ISO 17025.
