AmSpec Group is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire KSIS CORPORATION’s business in South Korea, marking another important milestone in the company’s continued investment across Asia. This transaction allows AmSpec to welcome the talented KSIS team into its global organization, expand its laboratory and inspection capabilities in Korea, and further strengthen its ability to serve customers across the petroleum, petrochemical, and energy sectors.
The completion of this transaction is anticipated to occur on or around August 1, 2026. Once the acquisition is finalized, all KSIS employees will transition to AmSpec, ensuring continuity of technical expertise, customer relationships, and operational excellence. Customers can expect uninterrupted service, supported by the same experienced local team along with the resources of AmSpec’s global network.
