This week, we’re shining the country spotlight on AmSpec Belgium. Since its establishment in August 2019, our Antwerp Energy and Chemicals facility has been a beacon of success, strategically located near key industry infrastructure. At our state-of-the-art lab, we specialize in chemical analyses and renewable energy testing, setting unmatched standards in these fields. We have extensive capabilities to test a wide range of products, including Biofuels, Chemicals, Gases, Distillates, Sustainable Aviation Fuel, Light products (naphtha, gasoline, gasoline components), and Fuel Oil. Our new advanced equipment includes two sets of Digital Octane Engines and ICPMS for metals testing.
Building on AmSpec’s reputation, we have been entrusted with the responsibility of handling renewables testing for major industry players in Belgium since 2020. We lead the market by conducting the majority of renewables testing, solidifying our position at the forefront of the global energy transition. Since April 2023, we have proudly undertaken the testing and inspection of bioethanol produced in Ghent, where we opened a dedicated lab.
