•Responsible for managing Operation Supervisors, Coordinators and Dispatchers in all aspects of operations
•Responsible for communication with clients during assignments, preparation and distribution of updates and preparation, review and issuance of final reports
•Principal contact for the company’s customers
•Takes the lead in investigating customer complaints and non-conformances
•Responsible for ensuring that company policy is followed by all direct reports
•Expected to represent the company at industry functions, engage in marketing activities with existing and potential customers
•Work closely with Administrative staff or Branch Manager in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of all jobs.
